Childhood Innocence

I captured this moment of a little girl playfully dancing at my son’s wedding. I had observed her running and jumping in the innocence that only young childhood seems to allow these days.

This moment was all about her dancing and playing freely after the ceremony. It’s these nuanced moments and the ability to see them unfold that gives me some of the deepest satisfaction I get in both my personal and professional work as a documentary photographer.
